Employee happiness and employee well-being are interchangeable words. The health of an organisation is strongly interlinked to the well-being of its people. An organisation’s growth and success are undeniably enhanced when employees’ mental health and well-being becomes a core value.

Usually, well-being is associated with just physical health. However well-being encompasses mental health and social interaction, both of which are equally important. Our framework addresses all aspects of employee well-being, even involving employees in the selection of specific well-being programs, giving them the freedom to choose and create a sense of ownership.
